Vice city and San andreas wont start

hi guy's, guess who  :D :banana:

Ok so here is my problem,

Vice City and San andreas wont start up..
the only start when i right click on them and run as administrator..  :conf:
with vc:mp and sa:mp the same problem..
I want to connect to the server and the game wont start..

help!  :cry: :cry: :redface:


lol problem is solved..
I deleted gta_sa.set  in GTA San Andreas User Files
same with vice city  :D
