Request... (regarding school HW, important for me)

I have a school project in C++ programming.
Topic: Airlines Management

The good thing is that i have done the coding 
But the problem is i wasted a lot of time trying to create a cover page for my project and now i have to submit it by Monday

Can someone help me please
I only need a simple and plain cover page that suits my topic(probably showing an airplane, perhaps a world map, No sexy airhostess pls  :razz: )
btw, the size should be of A4 sheet
