For anyone who has a problem connecting to any of our servers:
Open command prompt (black screen with C:\>)
Type:
Tracert 89.149.251.147 (for VCMP use the VCMP server IP)
You will get as result all connections that the internet makes to reach the server.
If the result is not 'ok' but 'timeout' try:
1. To call your provider helpdesk and send them the result, asking them where is the problem.
2. PM the result to me (do NOT post it in open forum) and I will get back to you as soon as I can telling you what to do (could be calling your provider).
MrsS you are not routeblocked, so the problem is in the connection.
