People seem to be confused here.

A ban should be permanent, just by its meaning.
"Permban" should not even be a word.
Jk47 has ban evaded dozens of times, over several bans and several accounts.

A ban in the case of Argonath is nothing but an extended kick, followed by a hurried unban request and a quick, 100% assured success of unban.

You did alot things there mate, you even impostered a teacher.. A real life one... You did ALOT of bad things...

I agree on the first 3 sentences. But developers seem not want to have a perm ban. Because knowing that your screwed out of SAMP Argo server is pretty bad, and that Argonath players shouldnt push people away but invite them. And about a hurried unban request and a 100% success of unban is bull.... Alot of cases it takes more then a week to get unbanned. And sometimes it is ordered he/she must wait until a certain date until unban. And there is no 100% unban rate because if he seems to not care or lies, or faulty unban request, it will get denied. Overall there is no perm ban it seems, or maybe there is but no1 has reached it yet, and there is no way anyone will have an 100% perm ban, because in acouple months people may of forgiven him and he/she will eventaullly get unbanned. At this point in time its not whether or not someone will have their so called "perm banned" taken away, its a matter of when it will be taken away.

If you dont like him being back then stay away from him. Out of sight out of mind, he cant do much to you if you dont bother him...or give him hell.

No panda, ALOT of people know what he has done. And he is not ban proof.... however he (and probroly the rest of people here) are perm ban proof. Unlike some people, I can forgive....we have other opinions on what to think of him. Just because what he has done is horrible, does not make him a horrible guy. As it is said, hate the sin not the man.

First Of Argonath has been great for me and I am glad you have shown me the San Andreas side of Argonath.
I do agree with, Panda though even though I just couldn't imagine Jann do anything like that, But if its so, its done and another thing "Those who vow to change only, when caught shouldn't be allowed back, Those who really feel that they deserve that chance should be allowed back.
I am not Jann. That would be pretty wierd to have 2 accounts on Argonath, because I would have to constantly log out.

Ye nice one, comparing someone commiting murder to hacking on a virtual community? Of course that what you should do but not every one does it. And it also is based on your spirituality and patience. Nothing good can come from complaining about how bad someone is. If he is accepted back, and you dont like him or that he is back, instead of stating how much you hate him just stay away from him and dont talk to him.

And panda, apparently you have no definition of ban. A kick is cutting off the connection of a player, forcing him to get off of that server against his will. Wether or not he comes back on the server is his own choice. And a kick does not disabler his ability to get back on the server. A ban not only kicks him from server, but takes away his ability to get back on the server. He w may try to get back on server but the server is not allowing him.... No matter how long it is, it is still a ban. There may be no such thing of perm ban, but there is a thing called ban. You cant have a week long kick, its literally impossible. A kick happens in 3 seconds... Cant believe I wasted 5 minutes and actually wrote a paragraph on explaining kick and ban.

A ban means there is no returning. A kick isn't a literal kick.. he didn't mean as in /kick. A kick meaning, that he has been taken away from the server for a certain period of time. Now please, stop arguing, because you don't even know half of the story, you don't have access to admin chat or know half of the stuff we do about JK.

Your post just prooved my case. Never does it say Its PERMENANT. It says drive out but not for ETERNITY. And in argonath a ban defiently isnt forever..... A ban doenst mean no returning on Argo, it just means that someone has been ex-spelled from the server and cant get back without unban request. Wether or not he will get back eventually is up to dev. So please lets stop the arguing it aint going any place. Maybe you dont like him, for me he is just anotehr human being, not an animal. I dont hate him because this is a virtual community. we both have our opinions, and that is fine... And actually maxy about you have access to admin chat, how come there are still admins like iceboy, austin, and especially legolas who arent hating on him? Because they see the bigger picture of how its ridiculous on how to hate someone on a virtualy community....

So please lets put this to rest its not getting any where.
