Connecting to MTA:SA server problem

Well, when i'm trying to connect to any MTA:SA server, it start's to download, and then gives me this error:


I already tried to reinstall the MTA, it doesn't helps..
Any thoughts?

Try closing anti-virus or firewall applications. If it then works, try adding an exception to your firewall to allow your http port through.

Damn, I don't know then.. usually Error 28 means your anti-virus or firewall is blocking the download...

isn't there a thing at options to put on the downloads?
i mean that makes it able to download external files?
if not, try reinstalling mta SA , but download a new instal.exe
