Story:
John Cortez traveled to America from England, he was escaping from a mafia. He found a great person, who searched for a job. They both made the Cortez Business Group, and started traveling around America. After a month, John's friend betrayed him, and he got caught by Mafias. The Mafias almost killed him, the Godfather's female children saved him. They escaped together, they were a family. John started to do the "Family Business" again, but that Mafia found him again, and burnt the place. John died. He had a child, who born in San Andreas, he was like 17 years old, his name is Charlie. Police told Charlie what happened, who promised his mother that he will continue doing this business, and will find the Mafia. Charlie is 20 Years old now, he is making the Family Business still, and searching for the Mafia. Charlie is 24 years old now. He already found the Mafia, and he is an FBI Agent. Cortez Family have turn into a Business / Police family.

About:
Cortez is a Family, which is totally legal, and is running a lot business in San Andreas. They get a lot money from the business, helping people make great ones, organising them. They are rich people, they got rich from their Legal Business, that's the unbelieveable.Also, most of the Cortez members are cops, doing great job.

Cortez Law
If you want to be a criminal please do not wear _Cortez tag. If you are in Cortez you can not join any Mafias / Other families. You can be in ALS, MDS, Police groups, WS, AV, RSTAR, TCL <Insert more clans + groups here>.
If you get a PROPERTY from us, you agree with the next rules:
-If you get a business / house from the leader, you can't just sell it because you want to.
-If your income is low, you must do advertisement, not us.
-HALF of your income goes to the leader, this isn't including the money when you enter your own bizz.
-If you want to trade your Property with another member's property talk to the leader.
-ALWAYS DO WEEKLY REPORTS!!!
-If your income is low, your business can be sold, end of discussion.
-If you buy a business it is not totally yours, you are just  getting half income and you are the Co-owner.
-If you want to sell the business you must sell it for more price than you bought it  for, and all the money goes to the Leader (If he gave the money to you)
-If you sell your business that is scamming, which is against the rules.
-If you steal money from the business that is scamming, which is against the rules.
-Paying the entrance fee's 50PERCENT does not equal with paying back the money i gave you for the business.
    For example: If you pay $850,000 back in total with your great income, you can not own the business if i gave you $850,000 to buy it. Your loan can be O N L Y paid back when you sell the business, and then you must pay it back to me.
