In real life,when you call the police, you must wait till someone answers, after that, you say where you are, and why you are calling them. Then, if necessary (Most times) they send someone to check what is hapening, and, if necessary, they call for backup.
In game, to call the police, you write (/c) !911 , then a message is displayed to the Law Enforcers, saying your name and where you are, but not explaining why you called them
I have 2 Ideas.
1st idea : Add to the message the reason of the call. Like :
Player: (/c) !911 Robbery at the bank
The PM message to the law enforcers will be the same, but with something to it : '''''''''''' + Reason : Robbery at the bank
( :ps: : '''''''''' = The default message )
( :ps: 2 : + will be taken out the PM )
2nd idea : You call the cops, like in real life, but it is like the !call sistem
Example :
Player: (/c) !911
PM to every law ingame enforcer : (Name) is calling the police, write !answer to answer the call
Officer1: (/c) !answer
PM to all law enforcers (Except to the officer who answered) : The call has been answered already
Player: /c I need help at the bank, there is a robbery occurring, there are 3 people here
Officer1 : /c Ok, we will send cops to the area
Player: !hangup
Officer1 : /c r There is a robbery occurring in the bank, i need backup, over
