You have some type of virus / spyware etc on your PC, you will need to get a good anti virus, or format your hdd/re-install windows

To stop the automatic updates from making pop-ups about updating, do the following:

Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services, double-click on the Automatic Updates, hit Stop, and then from the drop-box choose disabled. Hit apply and to make sure it actually stops, reboot your PC.

If those "update" -thingys still show up, it's defiantly a virus/spyware.

Edit: And if you get annoyed from the warning "Your PC might not be secured" because of no updates have been installed, do the same thing above to a service called "Security Center".
