Gears on the other hand is a amazing game which takes much skill to fight through 50 waves of hord, on Insane. While Halo 3 takes only 10 seconds to learn the sniper rifle.

I do buy games for the Multiplayer.

That review was shite (yes, I know its also supposed to be comedic - which it was) because he discounted the Multiplayer (the best part of Halo 3) in one sentence.

Thats like saying "I don't play WoW for the Multiplayer".
You could do it, but you'd be pretty much screwed if you wanted to run an instance.

Or saying "I didn't buy Fallout 3 for the story".
If not, what the hell for? VATS is cool, but it doesn't make the game what it is.

Halo 3 is it's multiplayer. Its still the best Xbox Live game there is.
Multiplayer is fucking important, and shouldn't be discounted.
