when i play VCMP its real smooth and good. but when i play samp (long time ago) i lag like freakin hell, when i press
W to walk, it happens in 3 seconds waiting, not only is this in SAMP but singleplayer tho

Its about your computer Performance  :) try to make all Effet to bass and Luminosity and Fraps Limiter OFF and make it Low Resolution.


Thats just if Understood what is your Probleme  :razz:
