The reason why people shout "OMG Hi Aragorn/Gandalf !!111!!one!" is that they are well-known and usually when they are online - some special event is going to happen. Also because they have the highest admin level and can set houses or things like that. I wouldn't call that asslicking, but a result of popularity and high rank.

Let me give you an example, which would fit 10000000%ly in this community, its so simple but proofing.

So, we all know cDa make very nice signatures and they mostly get the rating 10/10.  However they look, mostly 10/10.
Then, lets just say, cDa makes a signature for Olari and it looks ubercool, I will assure you that Argonath would give him an 8/10 or a 9/10 why?
Because SA:MP ADMIN doenst stand under his name.

Its always funny to see how much you are treated differently as a player and admin. One day, I logged into the server under a non admin acc, and i was playing, doing stuff i would do on my admin account but going a lil further...and i got warned/kicked so many times, its amazing. Then i went on the server as admin, did the same stuff and nothing happened. That was a real wake up call to me.

Agreed. I cannot do half of the stuff now as when I was an admin. The admin status really gives it away..people tried to asslick their way up to me and I just ignored it and gave the non-asslickers more attention. The admin status is also down to fear. AS a higher level admin can wreck havok on your status. Plus higher levels can kick lower levels for going to far ina  situation etc.

As far as I can see it, the 5 main things which Argonath revolves around at the moment is;

4. ARPD status
5. Becoming really good friends with a high level admin, so that they become biased and use their powers to help you

If you mean rulebreak , its pretty obvious you wont get kicked or warned on admin account..
