I'll answer that. Free RP. That means you roleplay what you want, and let others roleplay what they want.

If you force me to sit in a corner because you wanted to have a little fun, then I thank and leave for that kind of "roleplay". Unless you ask me before, and I'm not busy with anything else, then why not.

General Roleplay. that to be expected of a roleplay server. Close to real life, but not so close that it is too realistic for some people. It is a game that people play to have fun. Not to be forced into situations by gangster who have people on "their turf" and mobsters who constantly want to kidnap people and cops who constantly want to gun a criminal down. Everything is by choice. If someone does not like that choice they should be allowed to state their opinion and refuse the senario. Not constantly be foreced to do things they do not want to.

I don't want to offend you FlameMan, but what you call "e-gangsta shit" is called slang.

Well, lets turn this funny point around, of course we are not some gangbangers IRL, are you an officer in real life, are you a mobster? No. So it is wrong to bring silly real life examples into this argument.

I don't know how you can defend all these mafia's and stuff, and just like Dave said, you don't have to RP, I was driving around one day just checking out SA, and Coreleone members came and wanted 2 kidnapp, I didn't wnat to RP, because I was doing other things, and what happens? I get car jacked and DMed, Wonderful.

I think the most of the people are simply scared of trying new ways of roleplaying, they rather stick to the old stuff.

Ok, let me state you this situation -> You see a bunch of Black gangmembers (not offending to blacks), in reallife you would pass them, because you are scared to get robbed or beaten up or yeah.
In this case I am a member of this bunch of black people, we are RPing at our turf...example drinking alcohol or gambling or anything releated.
Then some Argonathian "Free-Rper" comes up to us and acts like the biggest god of Argonath, he isnt recognizing that he is interferring our RP situation.
What should we do? We try to get him into our RP situation by telling him to let us alone or just get the hell away..and then some Rambo like Victor_Stracci comes up to us....Lolz omfg hahahaa wannabe blax..and drives us over with his car -.-. What can we do? No one is able to RP a gangsta, so we created the Gangnation where everyone is able, or beeing teached how to RP a gangsta, and thats why we only RP under ourselves and you see its working very good...BRAWLS SHOOTOUTS etc. until Noobcops (yes i mean it) come up and Uzi us dead.

Yes, because you have unlimited sprint in MTA:VC. By the way, one of my favourite sports is evading DM gunfire (even thou I am admin)

MTA is really fun. It requires skill to know how to use the /me command in a certain way to do a certain action. It also takes skill to be alble to witness an RP phone call through the /me command.

As I can clearly see from that post. you know f**k all about RP and f**k all about the way Argonath operates and works.


You want to find a server with those 3 catergories of roleplay. Go ahead. As you'll probably be happier there. Argonath is not a server with only 3 categories of roleplay. So learn your facts and then we can talk about what is RP and what is not.

Ok, your first three points actually changed my mind.
However, I want to clear something here.

Yes, a few people call others non-RPers, but nobody wants to ban them. We simply don't want them to disturb roleplayers during their roleplay situations.
You know how long it takes to meet up with more than 3 people? If an officer / random citizen spots a group of people on the radar, they keep stalking the group.
I mean, what is that? The officers is looking for a reason to suspect the group of people, to have a little fun with his beloved UZI & the randon citizens play the clown, walk up to the gangs and randomly beat some members without a reason or insult them. They want to fuck up the roleplay situation in any case, on the other hand there are people who don't do it. So don't come with this argument again that I hate all cops or something like that. There are cops who can actually roleplay very very good and who might also check out the situation, but they keep distance and remain calm and leave after they saw nothing special is going on. Those people who disturb the "aggressive" roleplay, how you called it Grz, are forcing themselves into the story, because the gang / group doesn't give a fuck about them.

Actually i was driving normally through the one way road and one of you guys hit my car with a baseball bat a few times, i drove on. I needed to drive through again and i saw a lot of you guys covering the road. I am not going to let you guys hit my car again for absolutely no reason so i drove on fast, that's what you get for hitting anyone who has a non gangsta white skin, because that's what you guys do. Randomly attacking any car that drives past and insulting anyone who drives it, that's non-rp.

And another thing; You guys think it somehow makes you a good roleplayer if you add more apostrophes to your sentence, Like

I guess you're right. My message was more or less an overreacted one to fit into the emotional level of the "DMers! Ban" one. It was more like an opinion rather than a fact.

The officers is looking for a reason to suspect the group of people, to have a little fun with his beloved UZI & the randon citizens play the clown, walk up to the gangs and randomly beat some members without a reason or insult them. They want to f**k up the roleplay situation in any case, on the other hand there are people who don't do it. So don't come with this argument again that I hate all cops or something like that. There are cops who can actually roleplay very very good and who might also check out the situation, but they keep distance and remain calm and leave after they saw nothing special is going on. Those people who disturb the "aggressive" roleplay, how you called it Grz, are forcing themselves into the story, because the gang / group doesn't give a f**k about them.

I understanded that this way: You roleplay your stories (the gansta world on the server). But cops - mainly freecops, who don't know the server rules yet - ruin your roleplay and you get more aggressive. Though this bounces off at other players (including =AV=) too, because the gansta's generalized the behaviour of players.
