Sellplace Idea

i got a idea today,why no make a little change on !sellplace command? when u see a annouce ''Selling place 85k'',u need got 85k + money to buy place,my idea is make a directly command ''!sellplace  <placeID> <nickname> <price>,example: 

Player 1 : i selling a place 85k
Player 2 : i want buy i got 85k
Player 1 : ok
Player 1 : !sellplace 127 Player2 85000
Player 2 : !acceptoffer
Player 1 : thanks

u can choose sell place to game (!sellplace <placeID>) or sell direct to person,if he wants (!sellplace <placeID> <nickname> <price>)

2 new commands:

!acceptoffer > to accept a offer of a direct deal
!denyoffer > to reject a direct offer

we can make same to cars:

Player 1 : i selling a cheap Infernus id 78 250k!!
Player 2 : nice,i will buy it
Player 1 : ok
Player 1 : !sellcar 78 Player2 250000
Player 2 : !acceptoffer
Player 1 : thanks,is nice make deal with u


The Houses deals needs to be maked in Town Hall Room
The Car Deals needs to be maked in Sunshine Autos

Good idea, but sellplace should be !sellplace <type> <nick/id> <price> as both business and house counts as a place. The type = 1 = Business, and 2 = House.

There is, but it is only selling the house back to the townhall, you cannot direcrly sell properties/cars to players

The command doesn't substitute the roleplayed action itself, but it makes it a lot safer.

I think its a brilliant idea, it means rich guys like me can buy a few hot properties, and sell them to players without the threat of a scam ect, AND it will do wonders for the property market:p

We also need it for cars

Selling to another player looks good i might take this into consideration for the Prop system.
