There is nothing illegal in this topic, it's only that the guy didn't put copyrights of the SA:MP wiki.
I am sure this could be useful for some who want to learn PAWNO and don't have the right sources.

I doubt they have a copyright...and plus, if it was copyrighted....no-one would ever be able to use it to teach themself.

when my Friend gave it to me long time ago i read it i was able to start a little Of scripting :roll: but remember if you don't know anything about Programing For sure you will not understand it

You don't have to know programming to know PAWN...
