Everyone allow to use tag _Alterlis, [AFC], _Alt, Alter, etc. unless player aren't criminal on that time
When player r on duty as cop or paramedic, player allow to use tag
Above 2 sentences mean: When you do a crime or is a criminal, you not allow to use any tag.
If that person don't want to change name, or use tag. Player allow to do crime unless other player saw u doing crime and report to in-charge.
So these mean: Everyone allow to do crime when there is no one seen.
