Filter for xxx letters.

I've been seeing a couple of times when a player joins with 3 letters ( That crashes VC:MP Server I think ), an admin allways writes that the guy shall change the nick or he kicks him, I think it would be easier to create a filter for these with 3 letters will not be able to be connected, there should come a message "Please use more than 4 letters and come back".
Would be easier for admins and regulars to have fun in the server without crashing with that script, I dont think its that hard to make but I dont know.
What you think ?

Anyone with "$ % & * £ ^" in their names will be Kicked automatically, 3 Letter nicks are not allowed and constant usage leads to a automatic 10 Minute Temp Ban.  Min Name Length is 4.

I thought minimal 3 first but I agree with 4.

I agree with this idea, it think names that are short like this are pointless. The filter idea is very unique.
