its something easy without anti virus

Go to START and RUN type CMD
type: CD.. and then hit enter (WITH THE DOTS)
again type: CD.. and hit Enter (WITH THE DOTS)

now type:
CD WINDOWS and click enter
now again CD system32 and click enter

the last step is

type: SETUP and then click Enter

Wait a little bit if you don't get a box asking to move to your setup then you are infected

NOTE:the SETUP who is inside system32 is closed if you are not infected
and open if you are infected
a lot of virus have this format system.exe

THIS ONLY WORKS WITH WINDOWS XP!

Q.
got a message says:

please go to the control panel to install and configure components.

what does it mean?

A.
IT means: DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING YOUR PC IS CLEAN!

I think its only for certain viruses, not all..

But I guess its a way to check if you have a "dangerous" virus!
