Funny thing is, techniquely he was president before even taking the oath.. According to the constitution after noon the president-elect would have already been president, they went way past noon  :razz:

He has already made changes to the white house, such as cut and freeze salarys over 100k. I think he can really change the United States, but like he says all Americans MUST be RESPONSIBLE for it is the only way out of this recession.

Marcus, maybe because all what that happends in USA, will effect the outside world just see the finianciel crisis that started there and now some European companies suffered from the crisis. Many people has been fired from thier jobs in Denmark and in other contries as well, then I hope you have realised that what effects USA will effect us too. Just see also this example, the fuel in Denmark was around 10-12 normally KR per liter, but now its 7.50 - 10 Kr.

Yeah, but uh...in Sweden, we had a damn room with only American flags, Obama faces and shit for 2 people on a news channel...just..

Also, when we changed our prime minister, our previous had been for 8 years, so had George Bush...I don't think any other countries did have it as 1st new...But as you're right that USA effects a lot all around them.
