Write a little history of your life(IG) : I guess you all know me, but here's a short story. Omri, my cousin IRL, introduced me into Argonath RPG. I have been following his steps by the time. He have owned two clans which I enjoyed a lot. Unfortunally they got closed, so here I am, trying a new life in this succesfully clan, Cems. I have also left some clans / groups for reasons, mostly it had something to do with the members activity, and attitude. I see friendly Cems members in-game all the time, always helpful, can take some fun, and the importance, teamwork - getting through everything together!
I hope Cems got their fully trust on me, as I got on you Hope that you will find a good point of view on me in your clan, and that I will be found as one of Cems great members I guess that was it from me, hope to hear from you soon -

From my perspective and what I’ve witnessed, I feel that Scorpz is well suited to leading the Cems through the group initiation period. Scorpz in my view is a talented and much appreciated RPer. He has a lot of experience and his communicational skills demonstrated throughout the Cem’s are of the highest standard.

I do also believe that the Cem’s retain some find talent however among those brilliant and creative minds are some very rotten seeds.

I believe that with any establishment, numbers should be limited. The Cem’s are fairly a young establishment and clearly need to build a strong platform of foundations before they can move on progressively.

Unfortunately I feel the Cem’s are rapidly expanding without having the correct foundations in place. This is clearly not the strategy that should be adopted to continue sustainable growth.

I believe that Scorpz should limit the number of Cem’s to ensure quality assurance and efficiency whilst taking into consideration the effect taking in poor RPers into his establishment. In all – A very good start with some inspiring leadership (veterans take note)

Building on my last post on this topic, I’m extremely concerned about the structure, platform and recruitment of this group.

I believe the following issues are shared on behalf of the SA:MP population and would like to express them as constructively as possible.

It has come to my attention that despite my last post in regards to quality assurance of new players, no clear indication or judgment has been taken to ensure that all rules, regulations and creative imaginative RP are controlled with strict compliance requirements.

I can understand and fully empathise with the leadership, as I’m aware of how challenging it is to control members to ensure the group’s dignity is intact.

I would however like to condemn no measures or quality assurance principles being enforced or sanctioned on low ranking members to prevent them from DMing or causing problematic issues for the people of Argonath.

I consistently keep witnessing malpractice being demonstrated on the Cems behalf. For example – today I was DMed for no apparent reason whatsoever by one of your members called Dinz_Cems. He stood in front of me at RIo (GS9), set a /hit on me and proceeded to kill me in a matter of seconds. Please explain whether these methods of RP are acceptable and promoted within the Cems therefore we can raise them appropriately.

Building on this, this is not the first scenario I’ve seen where members of the Cems have been persistently acting like a bunch of incompetent (or misinformed) fools.

The Cems are clearly a huge gang, and perhaps dare I say it, the most powerful in terms of numbers. However persistently flooding /p with ‘we owned you in the gang war’ is clearly is not appropriate. In my perspective it’s clearly the RP that is fundamentally important and not who wins in a gang shootout – It’s imperative that all parties involved have fun and is not a one sided bloodbath through stupidity. 

I believe to counter these issues, and to return back to the dignified status that the Cems once had, the Cems should kick a majority of their members that are clearly incapable of RPing a gang role. This will help you to build and command respect IC and OOC and show you are committed to changing.

Again, I can empathise that size can be compared to power, however in the case of the Cems and the dire situation you are evidently in. It would be appropriate for you to change and downsize accordingly.

Please consider my post as a constructive topic. I’m not attempting to flourish hatred towards the Cems – but attempting to input my thoughts on how it could be improved. I believe that a majority of people have expressed their concern about the Cems through various methods, but I now feel it should be discussed formally and that they should express their concerns here therefore these issues can be constructively resolved here rather than flooding /p with mindless babble for what seems like an indefinite period.

Other than that, I believe that if the Cems do change and adopt a few of the suggestions above, it will clearly demonstrate the leadership’s attitude to changing the group’s image, improving its integrity and striving to be known as a prestigious RP group to join.
