Dwight_Cems and ScorpZ_Cems always had the same powers. Even though, the way I see it ScorpZ should have more power as Dwight has sometimes wondered off (cop work, AA, etc..).

Guys we have to recover from today and i know we will as Cems has Been up and running for quite a time now, We have been through more difficult times but this really does push it it too the limits but never the less we cant be stopped by this and have to continue our progress like we were doing.
