Well, he apologized over PM and he seemed to have got the message and understands if he does it again he'll be Banned from here indefinatly.
If you have a problem the way i respond to reports you can send me a healthy Private Message, i muted him to see if he finally understood that this was or could be the end to being on the Forum for sometime and he understood so therefor i removed his warning.
