SAMP Problem

Lately, I've been having a problem with the main SA:MP Argonath Server- I crash even before I see 'Connected to Argonath RPG 0.2X'. However, my SA:MP works fine with all other Servers such as Argonath RS4.0 Alpha.

Some other people have also encountered this, although it's my first time.

Can anyone help me with this?

That happend to me ... Its usually mods, either clean install the sa, or remove all mods, and post in the right section :P

I have the same problem with you JDC. Sometimes when i sucesfully login and enter the game, i crash a few seconds later. Also just as you said i crash before i even see the "connected to argonathrpg" message even though I did not install any mods or anything like that. At first i thought it was my internet, but when i checked, my net is working just fine.

I've installed an FBI/Cop/Army Skin Mod with retextured weapons, however, this has NEVER caused any of my crashes for a month until I started getting the "instacrash" problem.

It cannot be my Internet, since it is a DSL Connection that has supplied me with playing SAMP for about... *counts* 7 months since 27/6/2008, the day b4 my bday.

Same goes for my CPU, even though it is a toaster and its a miracle i can even run GTASA.

So I can only jump to a conclusion: It's an SA:MP Problem.

I will try joining random Servers to see if the problem is caused only by Argonath.

JDC. I had that problem for not so long time ago. This is the way to solve it:

Uninstall SAMP and GTA SA
Then instal them again

I had carmods for like a 2 months no problem at all didnt crash.. Anyway about 2 months later I just kept crashing , removed the mods and bam no crash.. So the mods can cause it even if it worked like a charm in the beginning

Anyone know why this happens? I'm hoping to find some kind of quick fix to revert SA/SAMP to before the mods screw up SAMP every time they get screwed up.

I sometimes get a bug, I enter and wait for "Connected to Argonath RPG" and crash, I have to wait like 30 mins, no way to fix it I have seen, even re-installing GTASA..

And, I can still connect to other servers.. ='\

Hmm, seems many people have this problem as well.

It's strange, as only the Main Argonath SA:MP Server is the one with these problems for my SAMP Client, RS4 Alpha and all the other DM / Freeroam / WannabeRPers / Stunt servers work perfectly.
