CHANGE, What do YOU want to change in Argonath?

In this topic I want people to discuss changes and write down some bulletpoints on what they want to in Argonath, most of the changes will be the roleplay changes, but dig deep, don't just type "The shitty RP must change", include points such as "Forced RP in RP situations". I want people to discuss changes and get a nice flowing topic, no hating will be allowed or arguing in this topic. Its just for the people who want to change the path argonath is moving on right now. Stand for change, I want people to rise up and discuss the issue.

No more inequallity between admins and players.
Cops can return, criminals can't, must change..
A new argonath government, people run for a election, and the winner will run the argonath state and bring forth new changes!

I'd like a system where people get paid by goverment for their work (for example cops), instead of getting paid from criminals.
Also it would be nice with more job possibilities, more drugs(that are actually usefull to something), possibility of selling weapons(I think thats coming in rs4), make a decent hotwire system for cars + possibility of being in your car while its turned off (not using fuel).
An RP school, and people doing an effort on doing more realistic RP (even though its not RL:RPG).

Serious / realistic roleplay, the freeroam image needs to be changed.
Consideration during roleplay situations, don't just ruin it, if you can't get involved somehow, go for another situation, but don't ruin it for others.
The server could need some active mayors, not some high-ranked admins who can't attend the job, normal players who are able to roleplay.
A good balance between the police & the criminal / citizenship, right now there are 60% cops.
Decrease of using the server as a 'chatroom', if you are online, you have to roleplay.
Scripted jobs to change the "Cops vs suspects" & "Get robbed / kidnapped all 5 minutes" atmosphere on the server.

I will think of something else later on.

I personally help newbies who asks for help from me, but i can't answer this question '' how to get a job'' Because i dont know it too  I tell them to check forums city hall section but i know there are no good jobs, we need more scripted jobs.

People need to stop playing favorites, and only hanging with same people all day and just talking their game time away on main chat, that gets extremely annoying. People need to MOVE the HELL away from LSPD and DO other THINGS.Think of new ways to earn cash via RolePlay other then just siting around waiting for people to enter/buy from your business. I want to change to a no OOC talk rule, must have ((Brackets)) for OOC talk. When talking with /l asume you are your character and not yourself, so stop f**king doing lol omg rofl lawl rawr..

My top ten list of things that NEED to stop:

1.Move away from LSPD ( I am sure CBF is getting pissed at this as well and in RS4 problem is solved )
2. Stop acting like this is just a fun roam server, its not. Its a RPG server, you Rp a character(s).
3.Coming on only to talk on main chat, and when people you don't know attempt to talk to you they just say "Are you crying?" ((Happened today, Javier had a comment saying "Hackzoooooorr", I thought it was annoying as HELL, then I said get out of others business, he replied                                            ^^^  I think people need to stop being so f**king rude.
4.Waiting around for events, stop doing that. Do something else.
5.Shooting or f**king with police to get wanted.
6.suspecting someone for no reason. (duh)
7.Stop asslicking admins.
8.stop asking about RS4.
9.Stop and think before you kill someone. (Just a idea)
10.STOP USING DUEL WEAPONS NOOBS, (TEC9,MIC,SAWNOFF, 9mmPISTOL.)

I know most of the serous RPers here can agree about a NEW (if you use DUEL, you are just a lamer rule ))

Government have to stand up sometimes in Argonath and not just come rarely, there should be elections as Wash said they should be active and keep Argonath rise.
I'm gonna write some more when I get home from Mary.

I think if we had some elections, there would be much more roleplay possibilities, like inaugurations and stuff.. I imagine it would be very fun, and the PEOPLE of argonath would have MORE RIGHTS!

You know you guys, why couldn't we create a advanced political system within Argonath? If we got all important people involved it could happen, but you have to also think. It costs major money to run for another high position, so only the rich can really run. Also this idea was brought up late 2007..now people are realizing its getting boring doing same old stuff.

what would you need money for? When you are a elected in, you run the government, the government pays for you!

what about the ones that havent been in 2007 - and joined argo well atleast 10 months ago - they havent felt this - its something new to them and me.
