my SAMP not working again...

I need help. Everytime my internet goes out and to reset my modem so that it fixed quicker. So this time i was on the internet not on argo, and my internet randomly goes so i reset the modem and unplug a couple wires and usually wait about 5-10 mins. I come back plug them in and argonath not working it says 0/0 players and 9999 ping. this has happened about 4 times now and the first couple times i just waited like 5 days and it worked ( 5 days it to long ). Or cDa said to open a program called command promt and type in tracert 89.149.251.147 and a bunch of things will come up and he said to send that to Gandalf on forums which i did. And in 2-3 days it fixed. I am still not sure if Gandalf fixed it because nobody told me or if it just randomly worked again ( i still dont understand why this problem keeps happening ). Please someone help. I already did the command promt thingy again and sent Gandalf the stuff it says and i sent him it on forums its been 2 days now. Someone know another way to fix or how to contact Gandalf..??? anything??

You can always try to renew the IP Adress,
Open command prompt,

put in following command

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

and check after that.. It could bring back the server stat.

i tired typing that in, nothing happened still says 9999 ping and 0/0 players. argonath worked for me like the past 3 days but today again my internet went out and i have to reset my my modem and now its still not working... HELP please
