For information of players who like cool cars: Modding the look of cars and skins is allowed, but remember it will show in your own game only. It is not allowed/possible to change the properties of the cars, this will probably cause MTA to give errors and is considered as hacking in game.

everythingu can find in interned
 i can change all car by myself using only imgTOOls.
so herer isnot big deal tipe in google '' Vice city car downloads '' .. ''vice city mods, maps ,cars''  ...<< exsample. and u find lots of  pages with VC mods and moding tools...even MOD packs. with those pack u dont need worry about changing cars . 

But like i see extreme... yours cars default.ide ( wheels) are not correct. try use another magic Wheel mod! good luck!
