I have some ideas of skins that should have in the VCMP server

Salmonella, like to travel in style eh?
Yes, having personal spawn locations might be hard to configure with the scripting as you would need to set it for everyone. Set locations would be simpler, but this is a cool idea! Plus, when you own a vehicle, you can spawn it by using scripts, shouldn't be too bad. 
Oh, I was wondering why we didn't have the army skin yet. I was quite surprised as it is quite popular and part of the VC government etc. Odd bug.
I was also wondering why there isn't a Argoanth RPG Army Force. could be Called ARA -Argonath RPG Army or ARAF - Argonath RPG Army Force. I am guessing this hasn't already been set up because there hasn't been enough time yet, with the recent (quite) launch of the ARPD and other updates, there hasn't been much time for the admins, they may need to consider recruitting to spread out the work load.
If this did happen, Argonath RPG could have a huge  Argonath RPG Special Forces (ARSF) section!
This could involve ARPD, ARS (Argonath RPG Swat), ARF/ARFBI (Argonath RPG FBI) and  ARA/ARAF (Argonath RPG Army/ Argonath RPG Army Force). That would be awesome!!

AA, Argonath Army, still unofficial but it will become official i guess.

/delivercar command, to spawn your car where you want, works like this : You drive to the location, stay in the car when arrived, use the command. and after the server restart in spawns there.

I think this command will make crashes, but i'm not sure about that

Coaches all spawn at Airport Parking Lot.
BF Injection Crashed Server
Few Faggios placed.
Sentinels all around VC
Normal Burritos added.
Hotring's Crash server
Sanchez's all spawn at Dirt Bike Track near Stadium.
Bloodring not added.

I would like to request more random cars in Washington beach.

All the "Slow" vehicles are removed and have been replaced by much better one's.  There's even a Linerunner!
You should find the new vehicles much better and the Spawn locations.
As requested ingame aswell i placed more Cars in the Downtown area as people complained there was little.

Yes the bus was a good idea, but if it isn't possible, I could live without it.  :trust:
We could have had more RPing with this. Imagine, if there was a ID to play as a child!?
But, this should be possible with a coach, as long as it can fit a whole group of people (probably slightly too sophisticated). It could be a tour bus! HAHA!
But, you mentioned the coaches are going to be located at Escobar's car park. Could you please scatter them out?
And maybe make them slighlty more numerous?

Also I just had an idea, do you think it is possible, instead of changing the colour of a vehicle so it's different to how it is in GTA VC, to have it advertise Argonath RPG?
