2 things:

he got SKILLS
but he uses mods to do this, belive me, such mod  exists. But it doesn't say when you got a mod, you can do things like this, the mods help to let you crash less :p

watch when he  goes under the bridge at bone county, fort carson. at the end of the bridge he isn't fully from udner the bridge, he goes back up and goes trhough the bridge.... you can only do that with the mod were you can drive trhough lamps, etc etc

I saw that too, he like invisible and fly through the brdige

but some stunt is unexplainable, and u see that it his flying skill not a mod
