Dear SSC members,

It has become extremely dangerous for me in San Andreas, the SAPD are becoming very aggressive. I am taking a couple days break in Vice City, so I hold Eugene and all Full-Patch members in charge of SSC while I am away. Please I want no attacks on other gangs, I want no kidnappings either and try to stay off SAPD radar, just have fun on the road riding free, woooo!
