GTA: SA / Graphic Problems

Hello
I'm having this problem as I just have installed Windows XP and all new programs to my laptop, I just installed GTA SA / SA:MP and when I open SA:MP it turns to 2 white screen and then R* drawing and again 2 white screens and then "Main Menu" comes.
I have tried to delete the gta_sa.set but nothing helps.

You probably have not Version 1.0, you need that one to play SA:MP

Try to download this patch, it should fix.

Not working to downgrade as its an unkown version. I'm going to try a few things if that aint working then i'm going to post again here .

My answer to this: Don't install R* games or big games onto your laptop - it only causes problems ^^  :roll:
My suggestion to this: Get a good stationary computer and run all your games on that 
If you think that suggestion was stupid then: Try to re-install it...
