A glitch, founded by mikesta, without he knowed it it was a glitch.
He were running this guy over, and over, till i saw this guy in my screen :P
i think in evry login/spwn they uses a guy like tht sumwere ppl cant see em, exept mikesta. So we get tht beautiful sightseeing of where we guys spwn at. because u dont ever spwn as vercetti in his green hawaii shirt

how the hack did it get there? Also when i were in game you still see the sabre on the top of the buildin.
