Hey guys, I bought a Sapphire Radeon HD4850, problem is it doesn't work.
I can still use the computer by enabling the onboard (ATI Xpress 200 64MB -.-). I have disabled the on board graphics card through the "Device Manager."
The card is getting enough power, because the fan is running. When I plug the monitor cable into the DVI slot(using a VGA-DVI adapter) it shows up as "no input signal." However, when I plug the cable into the on board card it works.. I have tried disabling the on board and unplugging the 4 Pin power supply to no avail.
Specs-
RAM 2GB Kingston
OS Windows XP Home Edition
Graphics Card(s) ATI Xpress 200 (on board), ATI Radeon HD 4850
Monitor Acer 22" LCD 1680x1050
Power Supply 480W

Try going to your BIOS, Find an option that says "INIT Display First" or "Boot Display Device" or something similar, and Make sure it is set to "PCI-E" and not "Onboard".

It sounds like the BIOS is not set right, because if it was, you wouldn't be able to use the Onboard Graphics.

If it doesnt work, Go to the Help Site of the Motherboard Manufacturer and send them an E-Mail asking about it.

Don't worry about it guys, turns out I had to uninstall the onboard instead of just disabling it.
