hello all,

i got big problems with my pc, im currently on my old one,
the other PC cant start up good,
it goes into system restore,
but once its finished it says everything is allright,
but starting up takes ages, and it starts something of consistence of hardware control,
but that always stops at 3%
and once you are good, it is very slow,
and the programm: explorer.exe doesnt work,
and any programm you open will say: doesnt respond too

anyone can help me?

Sounds like some registry files we Modified / Deleted

Try to run CMD and use the command chkdsk /r
then it will prompt you to excecute on reboot, say yes.

after that, type shutdown /s , Meaning your computer will restart in less than a minute.
When restarting you'll get thE CHKDSK Repair application, It will take some time, but it might fix it.

If not, Try the Recovery Console from your windows CD. (NOT A re-installation)

can you just do run, and there type CMD?

i tried it here and then you get C:/ [long story]
and you must type chkdsk /r behind it?

Bianconeri, he told that: Start menu-->Run-->Type "cmd"
Then in CMD, use "chkdsk /r", answer "yes".
After it "shutdown /s".
Understood?

Sounds like some kind of malware hijacked your system and killed it. I've had that happen a few times in my life but my security is so heavy-duty now that it doesn't anymore. For future reference, if you ever need to get to command prompt and can't boot into windows, try restarting in Safe Mode With Command Prompt. You press F8 as the computer starts up before it gets to the Windows "loading" screen.
