Wel becosu in the new RS4 server whe have Pepper spray wel i found a Great PD mod for all you full time cops XD i am not that mutch a cop myself but its stil cool

yeah i've seen it before, i even downloaded it, but only for spray :P
other weapons are better as default :)

yea i saw it and thought hey Nice becous of RS4 and there pepper spray :P so i hope i make some people happy with this mod i got a few more that are nice more for Fire PD but that wil come a other time  ;)

There is a handcuff animation. Not sure if it is for the suspect or the cop to use. Casme across it some time ago.
