Dunno, is it me...or did Stof get his ass kicked? Anyways; some tips from me:

If you are holding each others arms on both sides, liek you did in the second move at the start: You know like this : Dudes arms->[ ]<- Your arms, try to give this guy a headnut straight on his nose, he will fall or slider arround, if hes liek that give him a few punches on his nose again, then its broken
If you hate him much, kick his rips when hes laying on the floor. Then he should be knocked out.
