I do not get it, seriously... Why write "bye" topic and then apply for admin a month later?
How should react then main admins?

This is not the first time and this is what made me pissed off one day when I saw that half of bye "foreva" are still playing... Making on forums leaving topics so that players see the incorrect picture: OMG everyone is leaving...
If this people like to write so much bye topics why they do not announce coming back for example?

So yeah on many "bye" announcements i changed my mind...

It was worth a try, don't you think? 
My plan was to be an admin so i can help people become good roleplayers and to have alot of fun at the same time. As a regular player you don't have the ability to that to 100%. As an admin, your job is the clean the server from rulebreakers and teach them how to do and so on. Also as an admin, you're respected and have the power to use commands who's great sometimes. Instead of using commands on them, i wanted use it for them. /spectate is a wonderful command for helping a player out for example.. Of course, you can help people as a regular to, but that's not the same in my opinion. I really am tired of just keep on roleplaying with myself so it should be a good step for me to help other players to become good roleplayers and give them a few tip when they need and so on..

But yeah, you're completely true with what you're saying.
There are to many of this "Goodbye" topics, including mine.
