"OMG" and the reaction (warning: abnormal language)

Hello fellas...
After reading some topics and posts about "omg, whats with Argonath" I decided to post a topic related to it and the explanation of our (main developers) reaction on it... Warning and apologizes for abnormal language)...

1. "OMFG, Argonath is down!"

What the fuck is that about? No, Argonath is not down... Besides it our community, as admins so do players, are going good... The undercover appearing on server (SA:MP) showed no any "omfg"... To your information:

- SA:MP (we are talking about this server now) server has the biggest community and players... Of cos there is a difference between 1 case on 20 players or 10 cases on 200 players... Argonath SA:MP has more then 200 players, that is why more cases are visible... It does not mean that Argonath is down...
Every big community has its own problems between people...
- Second: as for me - some of our players (the same all the time) are bored, and are trying to make any scandal from small cases or some case... As it says in Russia "making an elephant from the fly"...

2. "When I joined Argonath it was a nice community, now it sucks"...

And what the fuck is this about? Should I start asking you, our moaners, why Argonath started suck when you fucking joined?

- And in this is the part of truth... Argonath had never moaners before... Now we have a stable crew, who are fucking around to destruct the atmosphere between players and admins by their shitty moaning... You wanna perfect server that matches all your personal requests? Then you should go along all servers to try to find one...
- Demands of free cops removing will not be supported as it is NOT the reason of lack of roleplay... And our fucking moaners should remember, that Argonath they liked was still (and always) with the free cops possibility...

3. I do not understand admins who are moaning around on Argonath server and forums... You are admins, for fuck sake, so why should cry like little babies and complain? Use your options to make servers better and helping those who are new... Otherwise fucking retire from admins and forget about this job...

Admins work is not for sitting and scratching your nuts with the tryings to gain the respect from other moaners "omfg we have lack of roleplay"...

Such admins, if they will not retire, will have a very deep conversation with the developers, after which we will make a decision should they stay in admins team or they should go out...

4. "Argonath has no democracy"...

Huh? Are you talking about bulling Argonath on forums and we all should listen to it? If not - then what? That we do not give you all chances? Try other servers with unban requests, your "opinions" of moaning on their forums etc... Argonath gives more possibilities then any other community... And people, who are trying to work with us (players and admins) know it good... Many guys raised in our community...

As about forums - you have all options to share your ideas... But destructive actions for sure will not be pleased...

5. "Argonath has a shitty admins team, admins are abusers!"

From all this screams no any name was named... Just "some admins", "several admins" etc... On the developers point "why do not report, we got only 1 report for 10 days" our moaners answer "Reports will not work, developers do not check it"...

Fucking bullshit... Reports are going to all developers and main people of Argonath... All are saved so we can return to it any time... On admins meetings developers tell which admins got reports and reasons... Have a talk and take a time to solve it, which is checked by developers...

If you have no fucking idea how works report system and what is done for solving the reports - stop bulling around and behind developers/admins backs...

6. With this:

- Admins who cannot handle situations and like more moan about free cops then to do their direct job - better retire yourself before the conversation with the developers...
- Players, who are moaning about "situation on server" and making fake negative pictures will be asked to give straight fact, otherwise, they will be warned, continuously - muted/banned...
- If you do not use the correct email for reports and correct form like do other players - shut the fuck up about "lack of fun"...
- And yeah, for those, who thought that admins job is for fun... It can be fun if you can handle it with players friendly and helpful... If you have problems with running admins work - retire...

As moaning is the FIRST reason of destruction, and the main possibility of fake accusations - we will be strict to any such posts... Once again - report, full nicks, time on server/screenshots... If you are lazy for that and not lazy for bullshitting - find other server...

If you WANT to IMPROVE servers, you are welcomed to post the ideas in a POSITIVE way or discuss it with admins and developers...

While you were gone, things were kinda fucked. there was no one like you to put people straight, and to get these kind of issues straight. I think now that you have returned, everyone will stop moaning, and it'll all get to the fun way it was.

I would just add, those who complain and moan don't understand that this is not just SA:MP community or VC:MP community like some others (they are trying constantly to compare with Argonath), but this is one large community that counts over 5.000 members. I will not even mention sister community to Argonath.
And these communities are leaded by few people who are trying to do really excellent things and to connect people with eachother to have a great time, and it is not that easy as some think.

Just to point something out but um,  it is not. Alot of people here are complaining and probrolymost of them will put that they agree with Aragorn, so they dont look like the ones doing it.

On the most part I agree wth you. I am tired of seeing topics that just turn into flame wars and goodbye topics that just turn into moaning.

Nice to see you're back now, Aragorn (& Gandalf).
I'm sure the entire community will recover from the recent incidents now that we have true leaders.

When there's so many different opinions on how things should work, and no leader to tell the right from wrong, I'm afraid it's not so easy to just "Use your options to make servers better."
Doing this just results in some admins allowing some things, and other admins allowing other things. Which creates a MASSIVE amount of confusion for players and other admins.

Confusion eventually leads to misunderstandings and arguments between players and admins too.

Again, it's very nice to see you guys back now. Long live Argonath. :hurray:

You're right here, I dont know how long you and Gandalf were gone, but in this time the community was only moaning and flaming and everyone was leaving. I hope you guys all can fix this. We all know the developers team works really hard. I have respect for you.
