well i just read this whole thread in one go.
From my point of view this looks like teenage problems(peer pressure), where guys dont wanna be called an ass-licker among their peers.
So apparently they try to contradict or oppose developers by turning an ant into an ele(read this somewhere...).

Im sure that the community has faced and overcome a lot bigger problems than a farmer who farted.
Its not worth to complain about shit when its possible to appreciate the flower that grows nearby.

There are many instances of stupid role-play by some players which are taken lightly in the humor's section.
Hard to believe that they can also cause 20 pages argument.

about developers: i think
A leader who- always wins(successful), thinks he is always right(confident), pwns who opposes him(strong) and believes in a positive atmosphere
   is better than
a leader who- Bends forth, contradicts himself by changing his views, gets pwned now and then, sees shit everywhere.

So before arguing with the dev's, please ask yourself what type of leaders you want

Oh, they/we have licenses. Carried over from the first set of scripts on SA:MP and if they/we don't we can juts easily get a new one.

"They" know what to do easily. Gr4nt hadn't played on here in over a year. He joined and I gave him some cash and he wen't back to RPing normally and with ease. In my point of view this observation is a little...underestimated.

I would say it is very hard for you to judge or say anything on this matter as:
1. You are not in the admin team
2.You haven't watched the admin team grow/change.

But players want to see the Democracy in the game where roleplay is done. Not on the forums where people come to chat and share ideas etc.

although im not from the ''good old times'' from what i can see between 1 to 1,5 years ago and now
not much changed,
yes ppl like to shout ABUSERS!!! all the time,
but the flaming is on a low level, everyone is just being nice together,
having nice events and good RP stuff

the admins are doing the best they can, they do good stuff,
oke the admins arent 100% succesfull, most rulebreaking go unpunished,
but admins are humans! they cant see everything
yes some admins are abusers, but thats only a small amount, and we got an email for complaints

No, they were accusing Argonath forums, not in game... As for "in game" - server is for playing... And not for discussing which admin from which point of view is abuser, which developer does not allow to someone argue with him, which player was bananad for moaning about everything around in server's chat...

For solving problems are special emails, PMs, MSNs, forums at least...
But players should understand it and use options Argonath gave them correct and without abuse as well...

Sure, I have been kicked for something I did not do, but the admin who did it followed the rules more-or-less and did what he thought was best.
