Well the fight for dominance has begun, as Quake Live has moved into Open Beta status. I was in Closed Beta for a couple months and I say its all Quake 3 with some new features.

-Better graphics
-New Weapons
-Matchmaking
-Free

I don't like it, it's too much like Q3.

From all Quake games, I like Quake 2 the most. Both Single- and Multiplayer.

tried customise on global scale even, none..

btw hell, u know training one? where u select crashes lvl? how to get passed last one? where u have to run fast, i tried to run, tried to bunny hop cant reach door..

Perhaps...there WAS chaingun, nailgun and another in closed beta..not in Open Beta now.

I saw those guns in a CTF map.

Chaingun sucks, nailgun - hard to hit someone, the nails fly very slow.
And a third gun... the BFG maybe? Seen it also.
