You as an older member, should stop 'seeing' disappointing things, and actually gather those young boys to teach them a bit.

I've been wondering about the maturity level of some members.. I'm glad to see a High Rank taking initiative towards this.  Thanks Leon, and dechristianize all day.

Its not important are you a trial, or a Don, if you're an older  player, we expect from everyone of you , to help the group up, by  teaching younger people, how to act, how to behave etc.
