When you say there's not enough RP in there... WTF do you mean?  Has every single player lost their own ability to create a RP?  Do only a few players have access to /me?  No. 
Show some initiative and create something unique to yourself and those around you.  You will get a lot further and enjoy the time/effort you put in.
How about, you join a group that you like, with people you like, and create some RP's with the people you enjoy..?

I've seen/met good players like you that cannot commit to a single group.
I think you see the screen shots and have an urge to be in them. Thinking every single day is like that, with no work put in. 
I guarantee Yuri and everyone else worked hard organizing that, but also had fun doing so.

If you re-applied, I would not recommend you, like I did last time.

I've recommended too many people, just to have them leave on bullshit cases.

I remember ME hunting Flash, Richard and Manos at Stracci's ammunation west LV(BC)
i asked you if i could get on cop duty( i already was ) u said No
told you 5mins more than you called me on my phone, telling me to meet u somewhere( can't remember where it was )
For a talk, all of the Gvardias online in 'dem cars got out, told me to get in and u drove me to some random part of BC
Than you started reminding me what it means when i go on cop duty etc etc. So i got angry got into the CB channel and started arguing.
Later on i recived a CB kick and a channel user remove from u, don't tell me that's not the truth.

Anyways, i can see that I'm not welcomed here anymore so I'm leaving this topic. Cu, good luck in future
