"The old life"
   I had a very how you say, depressing childhood. My mother died a day after my birth, and on my 10th

birthday, my dad was stabbed to death. After that I was changed, I didn't talk to too many people and if I did it

was with the wrong croud. In my late teens I had discovered that a member of a gang had killed my father, I wanted

revenge. When I had "tricked" my friends into stealing his car, I walked in and shot the man 6 times in the chest. I

spent 3 years in Juvi before I broke out, with the help of some friends. I then took the first flight to the states

ASAP.

"The new city"
   When I arrived in Los Santos International Airport, I met an old family friend. He was apart of the Genovese

crime family, and he wanted to show me around on behalf of the family. After dinner with this family, we left to

meet the Don. He told me to never speak out of turn, unless I want to be disrespected in all of Los Santos. I agreed

and walked in, there he was, the don standing in the nicest suit and tie I had ever seen next to his body guards. 

He then issued them off and asked me for a drink and offered me a seat. I then sat and grabbed my glass of whiskey.

We sat there in a moment of silence before the don said "So, I've been told that your a trust worthy man.", I then

looked up at Stefan. I said "I've been known to be." and glanced at the movement outside the windows. The don asked

me to tell him what I saw. I then described three cars full of an enemy family, with shotguns, MP5's, and M4's

approach the main door.

"The induction"
   It was only 5 minutes after I had told him this, almost all of the family members had came up to the dons

room. He handed me a vest and a mp5 and said to shoot anyone that wasn't in a suit. I was shocked to have him do

this, and on top of that I have never used more than a .45 handgun. So I walked out and took a corner and looked

down the sights and waited. Under me I could here gunshots and screams, I almost ran down the stairs and shot them,

but I saw someones silhoutte on the wall next to the stairwell. I peaked around the corner and saw a man comming up

the stairs, I turned and before he could pull out his handgun I shot him. I then was staring at the body, ready for

more. After that guy I saw, more and more silhouttes of men popped up on the wall. I then took out my MP5 and

sprayed in that area.

"Exiled"
     I was ratted out by someone in the family short after the incedent. I was jailed and asked questions. The

family had thought I turned myself in and ratted out the entire family. They had been hunted and jailed, as the Don

was never jailed. The don did have connections to the police, and set up a meeting with me, and paid my way out.

When I met him there were about 5 cops around me and the Don. The don asked me "Why?". I asked him "Why, what? I

haven't done anything to this family.". He then shot me twice, one in the left thigh and another in the stomach

area. I laid on the ground for about an hour in hope my friend would come. I then saw my friends who helped me out

of jail. I didn't know they had come to San Andreas in search of me. We went back to his place in Queens, San

Fierro. He then introduced me to the new big family, the Gvardia family.

Cofi perhaps you need to see your own mistakes before pointing at others. You were as admin increasingly using your powers for your own good instead of the good of the server. That is why you got demoted, it has nothing to do with the opinions of others.
The same goed for any other member here who wishes to believe its the admins who are against them. Do not break rules and you will not get punished. It is as simple as that.

First thing, none of this has anything to do with my moderator status. I unlike some, have no problem in admiting my mistakes, and accepting then, and as Im sure you might know(or not), I was talked out two times when I wanted to give my moderator resignation in the past, before my moderator status was gone.

Second thing, no one blames you or your admin team, so stop twisting this into something that is not. We're talking about a group of people, who some might be admins, some might be moderators, some are just regular players, who have a made up plan-pact, how to damage and  prosecute the witch hunt Gvardia and its member, in any possible way they can, when ever they can, out of pure hatreted. And you're  giving them support in doing it, without even being aware obviously by the one sided blind actions you did. And everyone knows about this shit happening, from the regular players, some moderators and admins, even some people in the HQ are aware of it and confirm this is happening.
So its not just Cofi talking crap here.

Third thing, I really hope for the sake of the future, you will for once, perhaps look into this, and clean your garden,  cause we can clean our garden as much as we want and as much as you asks us to do , if garbage keeps falling from your garden in ours, we'll always have a pointless task to do.

Gvardia is a large family that pretends to 'own' large portions of SF. It is nothing else but normal that law enforcement will try to remove these claims and use different means to disrupt and diminish that power.
That should not be real-life hatred or witch hunting, it is part of the battle between good and evil that we play. And the more Gvardia displays public power, the larger the attention from law enforcemtn will be.
Tired of FBI and SAPD running and following your every move? Hide your actions better. Its THAT simple.

As for people mixing real life hatred with game, by stopping provocations after a fight and at times doing things together instead of constant being opposite you will create a much better atmosphere.
Some people will still be misguided in to mixing it, as hard as we may try to avoid it, but we can certainly all try harder.

Now for the cleaning, the loss of your rights is a clear indication that we do just that. Similar I have no problem in remoging the rights of anyone who does not use their rights properly, regardless which position they hold.

Being a good criminal group is harder as being a law enforcement group. I have no doubts about it, as you meet more untrained people during your activity as a law enforcement group that can select its target.
However once you start whining that law enforcement is against you, its time to change the direction of the group, as you are missing a point.

Pepole are constantly shitting on Gvardia, especially Mikal, actually provoking us in main chat while nobody gives a fuck. Those advertisments about Gvardia, he has spent over 50k on it, attempting to provoke us, and not a single action was taken? Now you will say that the punishments are not only te ones we see (warns, kicks, bans, tempbans), that you have warned him via PM and shit, but the result of that warning is near zero, because he stops for a day or two then continues.
I do accept my mistakes, some undercover admnis who caught me rulebreaking can confirm, as I have accepted the mistake and apologized, but the fact is that if any of us respond to the provokation, we get a public warning. Let's say we're happy with a warning, because mostly it is a tempban or a permanent ban.
Now moving to the 'Deathmatching ban', I won't write a lot, but let's get some facts straight.
Most of the cops deny to suspect us, even if it is obvious that we're aiding the suspect, but we're just in the other car, following him, and when they finally get the opportunity to open fire, they all get into a shootout with the 'civilians' and if they in any way get killed, we all get banned, besides the suspect we were aiding. If it's CLEAR that we will support the suspect, they are SUPPOSED to suspect us as we will shoot if they attempt to kill our friend who's with us.
And the last thing I have to say is about the cops who are driving close to us while we are ALL suspected, ramming us and opening fire if they get a chance - When we stop or slow down, he exits the car and shoots (talking about the cops who are not DBing), we decide to pullover and see what will he do. The usual thing happens, he parks his car 20m from us and opens fire, as he sees us heading towards him, he enters the car and tries to move, but we kill before he escapes - That is considered as copbaiting and we all get a SERIOUS punishment.
Those are the one side blind actions which most of the admins do, as Cofi said.

Gvardia is regarded as a criminal group, and so we do crime its no secret. FBI and SAPD often chase and shoot us down, thats okay its part of the deal. BUT, whenever we try to fight the cops, new rules against us starting falling from the sky, supposedly to fight DM. Whenever we kill cops that try to catch us, our actions are regarded as DM and so we get punished.

I thought that this is an RPG server, where people roleplay.
Gvardia is an empire that actually posseses a ton of assets in San Fierro and actually maintains hard work to be able to call parts of San Fierro our turf. it's not just big talk.
