How exactly can you determent and judge Alen's trial period and permanently banned him? Last time I checked you don't reach that rights in the rank system.

Its not about what Alen did that's a whole other subject we can discuss(also not publicly on forum), its about following the hierarchy. The only people who can kick a member out is Don/Boss/Capo, Leon is neither.
