Anyway, we got leaked information about your Magni meeting and your PLAN to attack us today and wipe us out with Cems, Stracci, Luveri, Arraatus.

If you remember correctly, Violet described to you the plan in full. This was not it, but we could not stand back and just let you attack us without retaliation.

So we knew about your little attacks, I want to see you gang gain good members and stop creating big allies just because you cant manage your mafia at a high level like Gvardia.

Gvardia is one of the worst mafias I have ever seen. They cry and moan whenever anyone attacks them, because they can't handle combat at a high level like Araatus.
If you don't want a war, don't fucking start one, Gvardia. You declared this war, now fight it and stop moaning.

So Gvardia is threating everything you hold dear Panda? Live with it, we dont RP with LS gangs/mafias only drug deals, buisness we want no wars, now if Stracci, Cems decide to move to SF then we will RP with em.

You're free to RP with whoever you want, but if you declare war on Araatus then Stracci, Cems, and whoever else is going to come to help us.

I don't even remember meeting an Araatus in-game, just hear of you logging in once and awhile and stirring trouble for no reason.

Stirring trouble for no reason? We were at our SFHQ, and we tried to take off in a helicopter. It had low health and the pilot lagged, so it exploded and we were left there. Just moments later a horde came to slaughter us, with several Gvardias. You cannot just expect to get away with that.
And do not think that it was only you we are targetting, Violet is going to have to watch his back because he was also there.

Hell. I understand that you don't want to fight. We have completely different visions of how a Mafia should be, apprently.

Apologies for typing something on your topic, but I feel it must be done to cool down whatever happened this morning.


I will describe and explain what happened, right from the very start, as I am the person with the most information on this subject.


Myself and GiacJr, were driving around in a turismo around by the Market/Vinewood/Rodeo area, close to Stracci boulevard. GiacJr started shouting "EVIL!!" whilst driving

behind Araatus, for reasons which I am not sure of. After this, Araatus started shooting us. Then I told GiacJr to drop me off at Market ammunation so I could purchase some

weapons to defend myself and GiacJr from further firing of munition from Araatus.



Then we went to San Fierro, Chinatown to be more precise, and were almost killed by Araatus. Somehow me and him managed to escape albeit with very low

health. Then GiacJr sent me a SMS message stating a location for a rendez-vous at San Fierro Police Department in Downtown, San Fierro. I thought it would be best, if we

had some extra people to defend our lives, especially as we knew that Araatus were heavily armed, but GiacJr said that this was between myself and him. He then briefed me

on a hitman mission for the death of Maxy and Panda Araatus for the sum of $1000 each, and $5000 for the killing of all Araatus members. I accepted.


GiacJr specifically said in OOC brackets that this was in no way, shape of form, deathmatching, revengekilling or revenge hitting, as we obviously had a clear

 reason to kill Araatus, as they almost killed us. He asked me to hire him, and I hired GiacJr as my bodyguard. GiacJr and I hence phoned or sent messages via SMS to people

to be my bodyguard or driver. The location of the debrief was San Fierro Police Department, and eventually some people started to come, armed. Sadly at this point GiacJr

had to leave the server, and paid me an advanced payment of $5000, for which I would be required to kill all of Araatus. I continued calling people to the location for the job

of bodyguard, including Joe Gvardia, who brought along Gvardias who would also be bodyguards (I didn't even know Gvardia had a protection company, until I read the topic,

which I knew would be flooded about what happened yesterday.)



Some people then came, these were the following :

Then we formed a convoy, with the first car a Huntley (with [AV]Ben_Samiir, Klaus_Meine and Wurly in it), followed by a Sentinel (with me, Violets_Medic, [AV]

Grzesiek and another person as passenger on the right side, whose name I can't remember), the convoy concluded with a green/yellow Huntley (with [WS]Andy, [WS]Alex

and Violets_Guard in it.) Then I told every person involved to join my citizen band radio channel, and explained many times, not to shoot unless Araatus did first. I told [AV]

Ben_Samiir to tell all Araatus members that there was a hit on them. Cofi_Gvardia joined the channel, because I guess he already knew it, or other members of Gvardia told

him it, and told all Gvardia's to change their name so that there would be no Gvardia tag on their name). I kept repeating that Araatus members would not be shot unless

they tried to shoot me.


Whilst going around San Fierro and Los Santos, we discussed final decisions over what to do, and we had to wait quite a few times because people were

crashing. I sent a SMS to Jenn Black whilst the convoy was in Los Santos, and she met us at the Verdant Bluffs restaurant by the Corleone Family's main headquarters.) So

we went toGvardia HQ, because Araatus were chasing Cofi_Gvardia and I was a hitman desiring to assasinate all Araatus members, which was what I was paid to do so.)


Araatus went to their headquarters, when we blocked off the entrance and the bodyguards took up positions to defend my life, as they were told to form a

circle around me. From what I saw, Araatus attacked the bodguards, who were told to return fire only if shot.) I went up to the ally, and started to shoot, and was shot. I found

having a medic very useful, as my life was directly saved as a result of this. Then, Violets_Medic (Joe Gvardia was killed by the Araatus, and changed back to his Gvardia

name accordingly, and was no longer involved in my mission.) Then Klaus_Meine killed an Araatus, only after I and the bodyguards were shot. Squeak Araatus tried to

ambush us, but was subsequently killed by [AV]Ben_Samiir (I think,) soon after this I crashed, but upon my return I was told that all the Araatus were killed.



Therefore my mission as a hitman was a success and my life was no longer in danger from any Araatus. I called all the involved medics/drivers/bodyguards to my tower in

Downtown, Los Santos where I paid them all $1000 and gave them five grams of weed and heroin each as a reward for their jobs. I paid Joe Gvardia first (because he had to

go quickly because his dad was coming home at a time, when he shouldnt have been on the computer) and paid [AV]Ben Samiir last, I paid the cash sum in the conference

room, and I even made a loss (because I gave out like 10k worth of cash, even though I was only given 5k, I only did this because I thought all the people who were hired did

 a great job, and this is thewhole reason why money is on the server, for use in roleplay situations, not just to buy houses, cars and buisnesses in a ascending hierarchial

order, as so many players do today.)


When I was inside my skyscraper, I was called twice by Killar Gvardia, for a reason, I did not yet know, I told him that I was busy, and I would come to him in

two minutes both times. Everyone in my skyscraper at this time will be able to verify my story, along with Killar Gvardia. I gave the last payment to [AV]Ben_Samiir and

walked out of the house to see Klaus Meine stuck in my tower with Wurly after exiting it. I told Wurly and Klaus Meine the Corleone attire, as I was expecting them to be

announced as thenew Corleone Mafia Trial Members later on, which did happen, as they were accepted as trial by Luigi Corleone.

I showed Wurly to some clothes stores, at a time when I had to go soon, as it was like 3AM in the UK, where I live, and I had been playing since like 2PM in the

afternoon in the UK. I chose a skin with him, and told him what the Corleone Mafia expects out of him, and told him the Corleone Mafia's main channel number, and instructed

him to tell Klaus_Meine the same thing. At the same time on the main chat, I saw an arguement break out between Gvardia and Araatus, as after my mission as hitman,

Gvardia reportedly was attacked by Araatus at their headquarters.


In my eyes, either way that I tried to view the situation, I saw Araatus the guilty party. If you look at it as if

Araatus attacked the guards who were serving me who were in Gvardia but had changed their name, as this was exactly the thing that they did not want to happen, for me

that is revengekill, which Panda Araatus does not deny, as he stated that enough time has passed for Araatus members to kill Gvardia members who were helping me. If you

see the situation in the other way, it would be deatmatching because Araatus had no reason to kill Gvardia because they techincally did not help me, due to the fact that

they did not help me in a clan/mafia way, which explains my decision not to paint the cas of the convoy one particular colour, and that no Gvardia helping me wore the

Gvardia tag.

I hope that whatever I have said is coherent enough for you all and main admins to understand. Neither did me or Giac expect this to happen, and I'm

confident that Giac andthe rest of the people involved on my side  will support whatever I have said, as this post has taken me two hours plus to produce. I

strongly advise all of you to remove your flaming by using the 'modify' tool, as it does not make me or the main admins think any better of you. I reccomend that you all do

not post something related to this subject, and simply wait for main admins to makea decision regarding this. Thank you.

Imo, Araatus stop rp with us. Its very weird what you guys doing, flying to our hq roof and start provoking and later kill us.

When you changename, your car's /delivercar location cancels, and car color changes too. So I guess we will all have to paintcar white and delivercar at HQ all over again. Then we should not change names, so this wont happen again.

Violet, you took the time to write a full story, so I will do the same.
Gvardia are the ones who have an issue with fighting, so that is why it is in your topic, guys.

We (Araatus) were at our San Fierro Headquarters, and we were on TeamSpeak at the time. We were still waiting for some members to arrive, however they were being followed by GiacJr and Violet Corleone. Giac was randomly shouting "evil!" at them for no reason. He had been harassing us for quite some time, and was apparently "incredibly annoying".
When they were still following the Araatus vehicle onto our property, about 4 yards from the Araatus car, we opened fire. Giac was killed, I am not sure about Violet.

We were then wanted for a long time, but eventually ended up at our San Fierro Headquarters again. We tried to take off in a helicopter, however it had low health and exploded. I respawned and went to rearm (we were intending to maybe be wanted again for fun). I then heard cries on CB radio and TS of "Holy shit, Gvardia are here, loads of them. They brought AV and WS." or something similar. I then saw the admin chat messages of Araatus members being killed, and I entered the alleyway to find an immense horde of people standing, firing down towards our last remaining members. I shot at and killed Joe_Gvardia, who I am very, very sure was in full Gvardia tags. I specifically targetted him because of this fact, instead of the random AV and WS around. I got bugged and could not run effectively, and was shot by someone (unsure who). Maxy tried to enter the alleyway, but had to flee due to us being completely outnumbered and unprepared (after the heli blowing up) and eventually he escaped to safety.

After this, we got helicopters and flew around for awhile, discussing random stuff on CBradio and TS. I am not sure how long this was for, but it was a fairly longish time. When enough of our members came online, we decided that we would not tolerate Gvardia attacking us in such a way. At no time was explanation given for the attack on the alleyway, before or immediately after. Given the number of Gvardia members in the crowd, we drew our own conclusion.

We armed up and headed to the Gvardia HQ. We then attacked and killed them in exactly the same way they had us in the alleyway. After this, we left the premesis, went to LS, and that was the end of it.

That is what happened. From our point of view, Gvardia came and killed us all in the San Fierro alleyway. No explanation was given. In line with our roleplay notion of "Don't f**k with Araatus." we decided to make our own attack on Gvardia. We did not hold back due to the merciless killing we experienced in the alleyway some time before this.

Neither side has committed DM. Neither side has broken any rules.
You attacked us, so we waited a fairly long time then attacked back to 'settle things'.
I would have hoped that was the end of it, but you opened up a discussion here so I am giving my point of view.

If you would like to drop the entire discussion, and in line with that accept what happened on that day (and also accept the first line of the paragraph above), then I will work towards deleting every single post related to the incidents in your topic, in order to clear it up and forget the whole thing.

You guys still had no reason shooting me even if this is all true, I never assisted Gvardia during the attack, I was talking to Killar and all of the sudden you all roll up and start firing at all of us. I managed to get in a car and get away but my car was shot at and it blew up. I then ran pretty far on foot and Maxy comes up on PCJ and tries to kill me, I ended up running away and getting to a safe area where I could leave the game as not to cause any trouble. (I would of been pissed off if I died.) I made it pretty clear on /p by saying "leave me out of this" while Maxy was trying to chase me down.

Well Maxy claims that I assisted Gvardia somehow, but he won't say how, he made a point of chasing me down and trying to kill me. I never took out a weapon or anything.

We have contacted and called them for a meeting. about 8+ Gvardia members came to Luvineri HQ. I started saying that all this killing, shooting, and fighting needs to stop. Usualy we have requements for mafias to join Gvardia Roof, buy i have already asked them if they want that, they said no. So this meeting I said, ok no requrenments, lets just be allies for free, I even said they can use our H ship for free. I also said if they go under Gvardia Roof, that means if I call them, they pick up no matter where they are. Then Luvs Leader said "so you are making us your bad guy?". I repeated my self to him, and said no. He siad no he does not want to be depandend on us. He said "I am not scared of anyone, power dosnt mean anything". then I told him "OCC: cmon stop thinking like kids, think like IRL mafia, little mafias respect bigger mafis IRL". He siad "I dont give a f**k". This is when I said ok then the deal if off. I turned around and left.
