He just got promoted, and aplyed on Cems... Then when i told him that he needs a license to become a fullmember, he said :``i cant wait, i am joining Cems after all`` AFter this he insulted Me, and Scropz killed him and remove him from Cems...

Hello,

Since I am dmitry's adviser, he asked me to find a new recruit system. So here's it...

1)These days, new members keep joining and joining and... joining!

From now on, there will be a maximum of 4 trial members. I would like to ask all Lieutenants, Capo's and underbosses to train them good, VERRY GOOD.
After 2 weeks of training, we will test them. If you pass, you're fullmember. If you fail, you're out BUT you can apply again when other people had their chance.
When the 4trials are gone, 4others can come...

2) Training-Leader

To make sure that every trial had as much training as the other ones, someone needs to be Training-Leader. At the moment I am. (if someone else wanna do it let me know)
Lieutenants and capo's need to report that they trained someone and wich part they did. Report it to me by PM IG and if I'm not on, PM on forum. (Example: I trained Blabla_GvardiaT; driving and shooting)
I will write it down so I see what trainings the member had and wich ones they had not.

More info about trianing etc is in cofi's guide on our forum.

If something is not clear, ask me. Also say the positive points and the negative points. So we can make it better and better.

This new recruiting/training system will go in action once ALL our current trials are gone.
