here are some tips: Get a Passport , than apply for a licence , get one .. if you have the money buy a car , sell it for more , if you don't earn it rob/kidnap/drugs

You are kicked not because you didnt respond in 12hrs, but because of your behavoir IG. The decision is final.

Also you can re-apply in 1-2 weeks, gain some RP experience, and learn how to respect people.
