Disrespecting/Flaming allies.
Disrespecting/Flaming allied group leader.
Flaming allied group leader.
Provoking on /p.
Intending on Spawnkilling someone. (They refused to come IG because of this.)
and an attitude such as "Screw you, I do whatever I want when I want."

Vladimir, I have seen the evidence and you need to cool down and really show some respect. Romeo is the leader of Ancelotti, which we are Allies with. For being a Capo you should know better and know not to react like that because he didn't do anything physical or verbal to harm you. I will give Cofiliano the evidence and he will know what to do.

I told him that his actions may have resulted in a kick, and he just flamed me and told me that "he has more experience on Argonath" and that since he's been in Gvardia a long time, he's basically Immune to attack.. thus the "I can do whatever I want" attitude.

Let me just post out, that Vladimir didn't got demoted cause he's not worthy of being our Capo, since he's been that for a long time for a reason, or cause he's an unstable person.

Vladimir has been inactive for a lot ( couple of months), and he missed a lot of changes we made, in every aspects. By the inactivity itself, he normally forgot some of the "how things work out" on Argonath, like any person would after long inactivity.

In the current situation in which we're being accused and monitor for a lot of things, and haters in all levels just waiting us to make/do a wrong move, in order to attempt destroying our reputation or even the group itself, we did a substitute, by the same method a football coach does, when he's top striker is out of shape.

Knowing Vladimir hard working and commitment ability, I am sure he'll get back in shape in no time.

For all of you who think you made a success and are thrilled cause of his demotion, let me remind you that he's a person, like you falk's can only dream in becoming one day, if you actually move your ass from your PC and get a life.

Also Vlad, like I already told you;

We been friends, and we go way back all the way to Bloods and Bellic. We are also 'like father like son' so you know that I love you, but there are times where some things come in front of another things. And in this case we can not bend rules for you just because I know you for a long time, this might set a bad example for other members.

So I hope you wont take this straight to heart, and understand that this is strictly business.
