The best solution is just to close it down like everyone wants. Removing our gate cause some banned member pissed him off is retarded and [BEEP]. And I don't give a damn if he's a scripter, it still is a [BEEP] move, when you generalize whole group for action of ONE person.

I know what youre getting at man, a few of us have been doing what we can to help you keep the group running but you get a certain few who seem to not care about what they do or cause to happen. You will always end up with situations like this one but the only solution is to move on and persevere, aswell as fixing the issues for future precaution.

Madboi, you already know how many times we have tried that. Admins do come to help, but its some times too late, because we admins aren't only taking care of only US in the server. There is always more then 100 people, and probably the most amount of admins on are like 6 or 8. Its not a easy job. No one has the patience also, if cops are abusing a person and person is about to get shot, admins are too busy at that time. The person WILL shoot back. Which causes, the person to call other people to kill the person who killed him. It starts a chain of reactions.

Yeah, there are more than 100 people and the thing is if you do retaliate and kill the cop, 10 more come then you end up being punished for DM or cophunting because people get pissed off with you killing them, which is why im saying do everything exept for attacking any cops, if they start harassing you without RP, get in a car and leave.
If they suspect you, dont complain, just /gu and ask for an investigation then explain the story.
If there is no cars around, go into the closest bizz, or and someone who is near you for a lift to get away from the cop, otherwise just walk away from the cop.

Please consider this post as authority to apply an official warning to the group for malicious DMing. As many of you may know, several members of Gvardia were involved in malpractice and unbanned as the number of rule breakers reflected a greater problem in Gvardia. This official warning is in addition to the first warning issued by Aragorn in relations to DMing in the presence of medics to heal, and will serve as strike 2/3. This warning will remain for the next 3 months. If no further are warnings are issued within this timescale, we will remove the warning subject to discretion. This warning is non-debatable as it is evidenced through log entries. Please also note that if you continue to demonstrate malpractice, the group may be subject to shutdown at the discretion of the manager/leader involved.  Please inform your members of the increase in vigilance and that we will expect them to conform to all rules and regulations discussed. In the future if in any doubt of the rules, please contact a manager/leader.

Alright Frank, thank you for everything. Either will fix this problems, or we wont have this group. I am gonna close it myself if i see its no use, before anyone else does.

If we wanted Gvardia closed, we had every opportunity to do so.
Even if a group gets hit with something it does not mean we want them gone or closed.

Gvardia has many excellent players, and are one of the few who try to spread on the map.
The idea of Killar is not 100% correct, however as a basic idea that criminals will hide their criminal RP from the cops and when outside act like responsible citizens does attract me. It might be something we have tried to explain in the past but never managed a group to actually follow.

It could give the Gvardia a new award in the future.

I agree, people seem to find the urge to provoke those whom are having issues within the server, but the only thing to do is move on and keep Rping instead of over reacting although some people tend to get a bit overboard when reacting thus causing problems for the entire group of which I do not feel is fair towards the group, but that is the way things are treated.

Each member of a group is representing their group through each action which they make on the Forums and In Game just as much.
