When a person, I wont mention his name here, tells that "If Gvardia wont stop, he will ask for group to be closed for DM", when all he does is goes on constant and constant and constant chases and killing, which is basically TDM with valid reasons, how can I feel? How can anyone feel in our situation? If you're such a smartass to go on a ban rampage, why  don't you try to make a stable group instead of taking a piss? Why don't you try in making something with your hard work without hacking milions or getting fast admin rights cause you're in kissassing group/clan  ? Why don't you try in building something with your friends, and see how people just take a piss on it, giving you a treatment of a Hitler, while calling YOU Hitler?  Why don't you try to make anything except ass kissing to get "immunity protection " by someone?  Then when you actually do that, and success then come here or ingame to us, and give us lecture about what we should do.

All decisions in regards to group warnings are based on log entries and factual information discussed within the team. Continuing on from Gandalf, it is true that Gvardia is one of the most influential criminal groups if not the most in Argonath at present. Additional tweaking will help to ensure it stays this way and that we do not have to cross this road in the future again. Rest assured along with the other groups you have our support and guidance whenever appropriate.

Gvardia has always been my favorite gang, only because of the leadership. The leadership has shown always to be approachable and truthful. They speak their minds and they don't keep things behind closed doors. Cofi speaks the truth in his post when he says they don't asslick. When you take that term, asslicking, relatively compared to other groups, he's more than just making an understatement. I'm going to keep singing the same old song when the subject of asslicking and consequences thereoff is being brought up.
It's great that the administration has been close with most of the groups. In restrospect to former adminstrations, admins would look the other way to do one a favour or 'talk things out' instead of punishing them. Then the fun is over for others. Cems and Corleone were TDM'ing for months and nobody got banned then. Stracci was pissed as hell about this, nothing was done. Gvardia knows this better than any other big gang on Argonath. Those days seem to be over now. My point is that since Gvardia (along with i9) is the only gang that's really active right now, they are the first ones to get 'hurt'. I think that's why Cofi is so pissed right now. He knows these things so well so now it seems so unfair to him. But instead of blaming the administration, Gvardia should embrace the new administration and face the current consequences by being silent. There's no way back now by instantly removing the bans. At the end of the day if the other gangs become real active again, you and I both know who will have the least rulebreakers in their gang, relatively speaking.

I know D-Roc, you're the one only who actually understand the point of my reply. Probably cause we share the similar view, and also because you're more then neutral in the subject, judging the facts from "outside", which is the most neutral way to do. I know we need to keep it down in silent, cause that's what is requested from us automatically, when you get in this situation. We have 1/2 warning before closing, that will be removed in 3 months.

The reason I said it would be more easy to close it right now, is because 3 months is a long period, in which people who hates us, or just have a biased on us, will constantly do anything in their power to provoke us and trap us. We're talking about 90 days, and knowing how we get provoked 10 times per day, and I don't mean simple provoke that you can simple ignore, I mean the one's that force you to answer, or keep yourself miserable.

That means we need to survive approximately  900 attempts of provokes, e-bullying, insults, attacks, and every other thing, in order to not get closed. This can not be done even by a Robot or any person in our Community not even Gandalf or Frank Hawk, not to mention under age human, and not to mention the group of 30 humans, who will sooner or later fail.

I am not a new admin, I am ex clans and groups developer. I know a shitload more about how clans and groups work on Argonath that you do, sir. I will also right now ask you to begins to respect me, as I am your only way into A.R.U.N. As Developer or A.R.U.N (Read my title if you think I am lying, if I was, it would have been removed.) I will be leading the creating the project, so disprespecting me would be a big mistake. Like I said, ex-developer. The owners trust me. Alot. It took me a few minutes on MSN to get a position on the admin team again, and even less to get made head of A.R.U.N, it also took around the same time to become a server leader at Parallel Universe. I'm a loyal member of the community, a real 4 year veteran, not some one year old moderator.
I could have easily closed Gvardia a few years back with fear of no reppercussions, I was not bullshitting there or provoking and never will. I am just informing you that the new team is more forgiving than the older staffing team here.

Like I said, I am your way into A.R.U.N. You don't want to gain official status and help develop the server in terms of groups? Fine by me, but I think Cofi will say otherwise given his post in the A.R.U.N board.

I know you can do it Cofi, you have to try and be above all that. Frank is a good listener, that must've been one of the reasons why he was chosen to become community leader. I'm sure he's available to help you in any way possible.

To Dave, I'd like to say that you shouldn't come in here and demand respect simply because you are part of the administration. I'm certain that the administration doesn't appreciate your approach and if you want A.R.U.N to become a success you should re-consider your actions before you make another post.

Re-consider my actions? I have already talked with Gandalf and it seems yo be you guys who should be reconsidering. Not me. I have already implemented a few of Frank's ideas into A.R.U.N and I have to say, this is going to be super strict. There will be guidlines you will have to follow to the book, and if you do not, then you are out and will not have a chance to return to A.R.U.N. I am not demanding respect because I am part of the administration, I am demanding respect as a person who could easily help you if you don't want to be shut down.
