Guys.. from now on, we must choose our members with higher requirements.. half of these new-commers (and often, most of them) can barely RP as Gvardia style..whay about checking each newcommer's RP "history" (how good s/he is in RPing etc etc) so we can be assure that these guys are not some guys that give up after a week of joining.. i mean, if thats the case, higher ranks should get a gold medal for being Gvardia all this time..
