They aren't aware of the fact that your withdrawal of the application for FBI doesn't mean that they didn't secretly accept you to be an undercover in Gvardia.
Even if you do get accepted in the future, you will not surpass the rank Veteran Mobster.
Oh and, don't re-apply until two weeks have passed...two weeks is the MINIMUM time for your to re-apply.

Today I recieved a call from CM, they wanted to talk about "relationships". They came to our HQ, Violet said "You remove Corleones from your enemie list, or we will remove you from this city". Then I said "Is that right?", I did something like /me pulls out his combat, and then we killed them (6 CM's vs 3 G's). I admited that we killed 1 of them with "spawn kill" but I told later that it was accident.
